Dear Family of Good Shepherd,
I write with the sad news that Flo Barber passed away early this morning. Bruce was with her, and an Episcopal chaplain was there as well.
Flo has been and will always be a member of the parish family whose energy, humor, and love touches everyone. Good Shepherd was an important part of Flo’s life, and it meant a lot to her to be celebrated on her 90th birthday by folks she had known for years and some she had known only briefly.
Please keep the family in your prayers. As soon as we have details about services, we’ll be in touch. If you know of parishioners who don’t have e-mail, please share this news with them.
May her soul and the souls of all the departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
