Dear all,
Please join us tonight at 7:00 pm for our Quieter Christmas prayer service. This is a candlelit service of prayer and traditional Advent hymns wherein we pray for those we love (and perhaps have lost) and where we experience the power of Advent but in a softer way. No demands for happy-happy at this service; this service lets us feel all our feelings and invites us to lay them in the loving arms of God. It’s perfect for those who find the hyper-commercialization of the secular Christmas season just too much to bear.
A simple supper will be offered at 6:30 pm. You don’t need to bring anything, just show up and be nourished in body and soul.
All in the community are warmly invited to attend. Bring a friend, and come experience this lovely and peaceful time.

The Seniors Group invites all to attend a farewell luncheon for our dear friends, Bill and Gwen Greene. No need to RSVP, and all are welcome.
Sunday, December 4
Rite I Eucharist at 8:00 am
Rite II with hymns and Saint Nicholas celebration at 10:00 am
Saint Nicholas will visit the Sunday School, we will have special prayers at the 10:00 am and mite boxes will be distributed to all the children. A festive coffee hour will follow.
Youth Group trip to NYC
Please make sure you have your signed permission slip on Sunday! We will meet briefly after the 10:00 am service for a quick check in and for you to hand in your completed form – you can’t attend the trip without it! We will leave for Katonah station at 11:50am SHARP. Looking forward to a wonderful day!
Adopt-a-Family
Thank you for your kind response to this initiative. There is only one more “wish” item remaining on the list. If you signed up to bring a gift for our adopted family, please wrap it and label it with the person’s name, and return it to church by December 11. The labeled boxes are in the breezeway.
