Dear all,
Over the next few weeks, we hope to cover the work that Anne, our Sexton, normally does. Anne is home, but will require several months of recovery and PT before being able to decide if she wants to resume as sexton.
I am asking for volunteers (ideally in teams of 2) to lend a hand cleaning the church, bathrooms, guild room, parish hall, and kitchen. The work to be done should take 2 people about an hour to an hour an a half.
The Vestry will meet in mid December to discuss a long term solution, but I want to make sure that we take some time to evaluate without rushing. I realize this is a “big favor”, and I am grateful to everyone who has the time and ability to help out covering for Anne in the next few weeks. Please email me at mead@goodshepherdny.org if you are able to help. THANKS!!!!
I am requesting volunteers to cover the following days:
