Update on the upcoming Awards dinner.
Raffle Tickets have been mailed to all members of the congregation, tickets can be either mailed back to me or you can drop them in the basket placed at the back of the Church. Please buy or sell the tickets. The prizes are all donated so all sales proceeds are for the church.
Dinner invitations were place in the mail yesterday. You can respond to me by mail or place in the basket at the back of the Church.
It is a great evening, so please plan on attending and bring friends and family.
Silent auction chair, Bruce Barber will head up the collection of auction items. Please let Bruce know if you have items that you would like to donate or have solicited from local businesses. Last year we had a great response from members of the congregation and we look for another one this year.
The Awards dinner is our major fund raiser, if you are unable to attend or participate please consider a special donation which you can earmark Awards Dinner and mail to me or placed in the basket.
