Our “Tastes” event is fast approaching, on Nov. 4th at 7:30pm. This exciting event includes three different types of tasting: Wine provided by Somers Wines and Spirits, Beer samples provided by Captain Lawrence and wholesome and nutritious food provided by Fit Stop Delivers. There will also be a Raffle of Gift Certificates to local restaurants and stores and a seventeen item Silent Auction which includes a three hour sail cruise on the Hudson, all in time for early Christmas shopping. We would ask your support in two ways: donate a plate of hors d’oeuvres that the Youth Group will serve to the attendees, and 2. Attend the event and if because of the economic climate the price is prohibitive, call either Fr. Hal at 914-248-5631 or Deacon Norm at 914-393-8244 to obtain donated tickets. Your call will be kept strictly confidential. We feel very strongly that for this festive church gathering all parishioners should have the opportunity to attend.
By now you have received a letter containing a tear off form for the Tastes Event and raffle tickets. Please mail them to the church with the notation, Attn: Deacon Norm or you may drop them off at the church. Any questions please call Deacon Norm at 914-393-8244.
