We are moving forward to our goal of calling a new Rector!
Our position posting is closed and we have reviewed all the candidates’ resumes and Office of Transition Ministry Profiles.
The search committee is very pleased with the qualities of the candidates who have applied to be our new Rector! We have a tough job ahead of us!
Bishop Dietsche and Canon Tammearu have evaluated our candidates, we have a strong list of potential rectors and we are scheduling the initial interviews
Our first interviews will be held the week of April 18th. The first interviews will be by Skype. After the initial interviews, the committee will begin to travel to the candidates’ current churches to see them in their current role.
In all our work, we keep in mind the charge of the Vestry and your input from the survey: To call the Rector who will be a good fit for our parish, one who meets the profile we identified.
