All Saints: Family Sunday & Slow Cooked Luncheon

Hi everyone!

This Sunday, November 1st is All Saints Day! It is also a Family Sunday. The Sunday School children will be in church for the entire 10am service and will be serving as greeters, ushers, and readers (Scripture and Prayers of the People). There will be a children’s sermon. At the conclusion of the service, we will process to the Memorial Garden for prayers and a blessing.

Since All Saints Day falls on a Sunday this year, in lieu of our annual Slow Cooked Pot Luck Dinner, the Church of the Good Shepherd will be celebrating All Saints Day with a Slow Cooked Luncheon, following the 10am Service. Everyone is invited to bring a slow cooked dish, a side item or a dessert for a pleasant luncheon full of fellowship and fun. If you have any questions please contact Megan or another member of the Events Committee (Diane, Chris, Eric, or Arleen). We hope to see you there and taste some warm and yummy home cooked creations!
