Fellow congregants;
With the annual October 22nd fall dinner approaching, I am writing this as a reminder to you in support of the event:
First, please sell or purchase your raffle tickets. You can return them to me by mail or place them in the raffle basket at the back of the church. The congregation’s response at this point has been low, however I know that you will make every effort to support the raffle drive.
Second, we have been busy collecting items for the silent auction from the local businesses around the area. We would appreciate if you would consider soliciting a gift certificate from a business or restaurant that you frequent. Thank you to those that have already done so.
Lastly, please purchase a ticket and join us at the annual dinner. It is a fun evening shared in fellowship with both members of the congregation and community. There is always a tremendous amount of community outreach experienced at the dinner.
