Dear all,
We are in need of Coffee Hour Hosts for 5 Sundays between now and the end of June. Please see below for info on each Sunday:
On Mother’s Day, May 10, the men provide Coffee Hour food at Good Shepherd (and also clean up). Dear MEN, please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you are bringing something (fruit, cakes, breakfast snacks – not hot dogs).
The Vestry is hosting Sunday, May 17 – this is Father’ Matt’s goodbye party.
We need a host for Sunday, May 24 – please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you can host that Sunday (this is Father Matt’s final Coffee Hour).
The Vespermans are hosting on Sunday, May 31.
We need a host for Sunday, June 7 – please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you can host that Sunday.
We need a host for Sunday, June 14 – please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you can host that Sunday.
We need a host for Sunday, June 21 – please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you can host that Sunday.
We need a host for Sunday, June 28 – please email Father Matt (mead@goodshepherdny.org) and let him know that you can host that Sunday.
Coffee Hour hosts can sign up as individuals or families or groups. What to bring???? Any food and non-alcoholic drink is appreciated – remember to provide food and drinks that are kid friendly. Bagels, cakes, fruit, spreads, sandwiches, cold cuts, hot dishes, breads, ice cream, chips, and whatever you think makes a great Coffee Hour is appropriate. Those who sign up as Coffee Hour hosts are also invited to use the grill (though you do not have to) to grill hot dogs, burgers, sausages, chicken, vegetables, or other delicious food… and remember, it’s OK if the food runs out, you aren’t providing lunch, just a bit to eat after church. Coffee Hour hosts are also responsible for cleaning up after wards. If you need help cleaning up, please ask while people are still floating around after church.
