Christology in the Gospels & Leadership of Women in Paul and the Pastorals

On February 15, at 9:00 AM, we will take a look at an overview of Christology in the Gospels.  Christology is the study of who Jesus Christ is… each Gospel has a particular Christology, and it is very difficult to understand each Gospel without understanding the Christology found within each Gospel…. come to this class and learn, learn, learn!

On February 22,  at 9AM, we will take a look at the Leadership of Women in Paul and the Pastorals. Though the Episcopal Church has had women priests and women bishops for decades (and our current Presiding Bishop is a women), the role of women leaders, in particular clergy, in the church remains controversial – the church of England consecrated their first female Bishop ever just this month, and many other denominations as well as provinces in the Anglican Communion still do not allow women to be ordained leaders.  This class will take a fair look at Paul and the Pastorals (the Scriptures wherein most informed arguments on either side wind up).
