Dear friends,
I would like to invite you to the fourth Annual Ascension Day Eucharist & Steakfest! This entire evening is free food, fellowship, and fun!
Thursday, May 9, at 6pm, we will celebrate Sung Eucharist and sing the wonderful hymns for Ascension Day!.
At 7pm we will celebrate Steakfest! We will have at least 60 pounds of Rib Eye cooked to order (anything from black and blue to well done and everything in between)! Beer will be on draft from our friends at Captain Lawrence (the premier Brewery within the Diocese of New York). Wine is potluck. Soda, juice and lemonade are supplied. Sides and salads are potluck. Dessert is potluck. Childcare is provided. All are invited!
We are still looking for sponsors (we are close to $400!) at $25 for a single sponsor and $50 for a double. Please write a check to the church with “steak” in the memo. If you have a Weber Grill we can borrow for the evening, please contact Father Matt ASAP. We need a total of four grills!
