This Sunday we will collect old Palms from prior Palm Sundays to be be burned into ash for Ash Wednesday. If you are interested in being the “Ash Maker and Palm Burner” please let me know, otherwise I will burn the palms on Tuesday, February 12, after morning prayer.
Ash Wednesday is February 13. Eucharist with Ashes will be at 8am, 12 noon, and 6pm. Morning prayer will be offered at 9 am as usual.

I am pleased to announce that Father Peter Powell will be with us again for the Sundays in July. Father Powell has been with us the last two summers. He is a good friend and I am thrilled that he will be here in my stead. I will be on vacation in July.
