\nAll are welcome to join us this Sunday, January 17 at the Methodist Church in Shrub Oak for the 2pm show of The Odd Couple<\/em>, featuring our very own Scott Jones! Click here for more information about the production.<\/a> If you wish to carpool, the group is meeting at Good Shepherd at 1:15pm sharp<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Sunday, January 24 is our Annual Meeting<\/strong>
\nTHERE WILL BE ONLY ONE SERVICE ON 1\/24 AT 9:00AM.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThis may be a new experience for some, which is great! We will share a Table Eucharist in the Parish Hall beginning at 9:00am, followed by the Annual Meeting and brunch. The Sunday School kids will gather in the church at 9 for the first part of the service, then join their families for the Eucharist.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, February 2 is Candlemas<\/strong>
\nCandlemas (aka The Presentation) is coming up! We will have a Eucharist at 6pm followed by our annual CHILIFEST<\/strong><\/span>! Come one and all to share your favorite award-winning chili recipe! A sign-up sheet will be posted in the breezeway soon. Will you take the trophy this year?<\/p>\n

Don’t forget to pick up your 2016 envelopes.<\/strong>
\nPlease help us save on postage! The boxes of envelopes are displayed in the narthex, in alphabetical order. In addition, there are pledge cards and E-Pledge forms, for any who need them.<\/p>\n

We ask for your continued prayers for our Search Committee and all those who will be submitting their names in the hopes of becoming our next Rector.
