FINANCIAL REPORT<\/strong>
\n CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER<\/strong>
\n OCTOBER 22, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nRAFFLE SALES: $2,290<\/strong>
\nWe exceeded last year\u2019s sales of $1,830. Sales by the congregation were in line with last year with about 25% selling any tickets. Our major sales effort this year was at Somers Celebration Day where we sold $800 at the event.<\/p>\n

DONATIONS: $1,825<\/strong>
\nWell above last year\u2019s donations of $765 Donations from the congregation were $795. (8 members) with $1,030 from invited guests who could not attend but made a donation.<\/p>\n

SILENT AUCTION: $2,370<\/strong>
\nWe were slightly below last year\u2019s number of $2,833 but this is a good number overall. Thanks to the members of the congregation, who requested and obtained solicitations from our communities of Somers, Yorktown and Mahopac.<\/p>\n

DINNER: $2,556<\/strong>
\nAttendance was up by 38 from last year to 108 in attendance. Total revenue was $7,200 less dinner cost of $4,644. (our only expense) resulted in improved revenue from last year\u2019s number of $1,618. The attendance this year consisted of 28 members of the congregation and 80 guests.<\/p>\n

TOTAL INCOME: $9,041<\/strong><\/p>\n

We wish to express our congratulations to our 2015 honorees and also a special thanks to all who have supported us in making the COGS dinner this year the most successful ever.<\/p>\n
