Hi everyone– As you know, we have a thriving\u00a0 Sunday School program with more than 30 active students across three classes.\u00a0 As you also know, we have a small, dedicated group of volunteer teachers\u00a0 who work with them every week to develop their Christian education. The kids really seem to enjoy the combination of lessons, crafts and activities.<\/p>\n
As I have written and spoken about previously, we are in need of someone to step forward to teach our youngest children, those\u00a0 in PreK through 2nd grade, beginning March 2, ending April\u00a0 6.\u00a0 Five teaching Sundays, plus a Family Sunday (when kids perform duties at 10am service.)<\/p>\n
I am challenging someone who has not taught before to step forward and embrace this opportunity. You will have assistance and plenty of materials and support.\u00a0 Of course, if you have taught before, you know how rewarding it can be, so you are welcome as\u00a0 well. We need a volunteer(s) by Feb. 20 so preparations can be made.\u00a0 Trust me, it’s FUN and you will feel great about the impact you are having.\u00a0 Please see Father Matt or me if interested.
