Every Sunday we pray for the churches in the Diocese of New York and our local Sawmill Clericus.<\/p>\n
Today Good Shepherd hosted the clergy of the Sawmill Clericus for a BBQ (ribs!).<\/p>\n
All of the churches in the Clericus that have clergy (two are currently in transition with supply clergy and one is temporarily closed) were represented. We also welcomed Archdeacon Bill Parnell (Archdeacon for Mission in our Diocese – and he is a priest, “archdeacon” is a title) to our meeting.<\/p>\n

\nSaint Mary the Virgin in Chapaqua
\nSaint Stephen’s in Armonk
\nSaint Matthew’s in Bedford
\nSaint Mark’s in Mt Kisco
\nChrist Church in Paterson<\/p>\n
Please keep these churches and their clergy and members in your prayers. <\/p>\n
